Easy to assemble for use - sample pipe is surprisingly short! Started using it, readings compared well to my old Crypton Motorscope, but within a few minutes the sticky pads holding the pulse pump to the casing started to unstick, then the pulse pump failed.... beware that the manufacturer has an odd contract with Amazon, and WILL NOT entertain technical enquiries direct - everything has to go through Amazon - apparently units bought elsewhere have normal tech support. Unit has potential for the occasional use, for instance a tweak just before MOT, but build quality is suspect for more sustained use, especially the sticky pads holding the pump on, and I think the short sample pipe has the effect of allowing too much exhaust gas heat to get into the pump - many classics have quite high exhaust temperatures at the tailpipe so it could be something to bear in mind when buying this tester. I am going to give this a second chance with a replacement, but I think I am going to lengthen the sample pipe a lot to allow the gas to cool before entering the pump, and live with the delays on the readings...
